Work with Prairie Winds Press to publicize and promote sales of Prairie Kitchen Sampler by E.Mae Fritz. After spotting a review, the Hyperion imprint of Disney publishing acquired the softcover rights. Technically "out-of-print," brand new, signed copies are still available from the publisher. Both cookbook and history book, this personal history captures recipes and stories of Nebraska farm wife Alice Mickish Hendrickson—who just happens to be the author's mother and Krista's maternal grandmother. |
